TICKETS for the Reach Out to Asia’s much-awaited Bryan Adams concert, part of his 2006 Room Service Tour, are selling fast at counters at music stores across Doha. The VIP tickets have already been sold out.

The February 1 concert in Doha is now the exclusive Bryan Adams concert in the Gulf after his Dubai concert on February 2 was cancelled due to the mourning of Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid al-Maktoum’s untimely death.

The Canadian rock star and his band will perform all his greatest hits, including songs off his latest CD, Anthology, at the Al Sadd stadium.

The stadium is to be transformed into an authentic rock concert venue for the event with an expected 3,000 fans in the stands in front of the specially constructed stage and an additional 4,000 seated in the tiered seating area.

To compliment the specially constructed stage at the stadium, the roof for the structure will be flown in from Amsterdam courtesy Qatar Airways.

Tickets for the charity concert are available at all Falcon Retail outlets, including Music Center at City Center, Music Master at Landmark, Rotana at Hyatt Plaza, Star Music at Royal Plaza, Moods at The Mall, Falcon Video at Markhiya, Falcon Center at Al Naser, Cinema at City Center, DVD House at Little Ceaser and Al Nazair at Bin Tower Center.
