An audava shadava janya raga derived
from the 22nd mela Kharaharapriya. Arohana deletes Ri
and Dha^ while avarohana deletes Dha. Svara taken by
the raga are Shadja^ Sadharana Ga^ Sudha Ma^ P^ Kaishiki
Ni and Chatusruti Ri. It is a minor raga having limited
scope for alapana and svaraparsthara. The raga has close
resemblence with Udayaravichandrika and Abheri.
